Ariana Grande was left disheartened and disappointed when someone leaked an unreleased and untitled song from her vault last year.

"Before I left for 'Wicked,' the few studio sessions that I did, which are all over TikTok, thank you so much; I'll see you in jail," the singer slash actress said during her interview with Zach Sang. "Literally."

The leaked unreleased song had no official title, but fans decided to name it "Fantasize," and it was a demo for a '90s parody song intended for a television show, reports say.

At the time, Grande simply asked her fans to stop streaming and sharing the leaked song, however, much to her dismay, they did not listen and the song went viral online.

"I'll pay you more to put it away, to get it back!" She continued. "That wasn't my song! It wasn't for me."

Ariana Grande Revamps Leaked Song for 'Eternal Sunshine'

"This is so disheartening. I was going to come back to this hook to use eventually," the "Positions" singer said. "I don't know how people are still doing this, but please stop."

It seems like Grande stayed true to her word because elsewhere in her interview with Sang, she revealed that "Fantasize" was reworked and included in her new and upcoming album, "Eternal Sunshine."

"I took the note," she told Sang. "And I kinda gave them Ariana's version of that on the album. I would say that exists.

"Some of those seedling ideas from that time actually made their way on the album, which is so exciting."

She then added a disclaimer that the song might not sound completely the same; "they're very different now because you stole them."

Ariana Grande's Leaked Song Peaks on Spotify

When "Fantasize" went viral, it was shared on multiple platforms, including music streaming app, Spotify.

According to reports, a user by the name of Adriana Venti uploaded the song on Spotify, where it received over 71 thousand streams in the Philippines.

Spotify quickly took down "Fantasize," but it had reached Grande, and despite being amazed by her fans, she expressed her disappointment.

"You guys have heard every bad song and bulls**t demo that I've ever made. Hilarious. It's impossible to keep things from you. You gotta take some swings and misses," she said in a video.
