The situation unfolded as disclosed by an insider to the outlet, revealing that Tish showed interest in Dominic just as Noah was getting involved with him.
The famous mother held prior knowledge of the situation before she pursued the "Prison Break" actor.
"The complexities within the dynamic of Noah and Tish extend beyond public perception," the source articulated.
Upset by the news of Tish taking Dominic away from her, Noah's absence was noticeable at her mother's wedding, and she appeared to align more closely with her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, throughout the divorce process.
Noah was spotted sporting a Billy Ray shirt near the Walmart premises during the wedding proceedings.
Despite that, she was reported not receiving an invitation to the gathering.
It was further mentioned that Miley Cyrus, Noah's 31-year-old sibling, took the precaution of hiring security personnel to guard the event location against any potential intrusion by Noah.
Miley's mother and her new husband have been happily married since the summer of 2022, celebrating their first anniversary in August 2023.
