The model isn't allowed to use the name "Bieber" in her trademarks.
In a scoop by The Sun, it has been revealed that the legal trademark registered by Hailey Bieber for her married surname has lapsed.
Fans have speculated about the relationship status of the 27-year-old model and her husband.
As per the information provided by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the trademark for "Hailey Bieber" was officially relinquished by Hailey on September 13, 2021.
This marking was initially applied for on October 10, 2018, coinciding with her marriage to her husband.
Upon receiving the Notice of Allowance, Hailey failed to make a timely statement or request to use her trademark, leading to its abandonment.
Similarly, the application for "Hailey Baldwin" was submitted and subsequently dropped on identical dates for identical reasons.
