Red carpets and awards show ceremonies are the perfect avenue to reveal someone's pregnancy, and Vanessa Hudgens is the latest celebrity to reveal such a gift to the world.
Since they were rumored to be dating in 2020, Vanessa Hudgens got pregnant with the Seattles' Mariners outfielder Cole Tucker.
The pregnancy announcement came months after Hudgens and Tucker tied the knot in December 2023 in Tulum, Mexico.
The Mirror reported that she announced her pregnancy while co-hosting the Academy Award's official pre-show with actor-dancer Julianne Hough.

Sharing in the She Pivots podcast last week, Vanessa Hudgens seemed to have dismissed the pregnancy, only to find out that she is, days later.
"I literally just had a run-in with the public taking control over their opinion of me in a way that was disrespectful," she told the podcast. "I went out on my bachelorette party in October and I posted video of me, and there are all these comments that are like, 'Oh my god, you're pregnant.'".
Hudgens has since described the comments about her body as "rude.
"I'm sorry I don't wear shapewear every day and am a real woman and have a real body," adding, "Don't make assumptions in all aspects of life, but especially over other women's bodies."

Vanessa Hudgens' Pregnancy Might Make Austin Butler Awkward?
Since Hudgens was announced as the host of the 2024 Oscars Pre-Show, many were worried that if Austin Butler would grace the red carpet, it might make things awkward if she interviews him.
Although it has not been confirmed whether Butler and other "Dune 2" cast members would grace the Academy Awards red carpet, they might be locked in for next year with successful box-office premiere and critical acclaim.
Vanessa Hudgens dated Austin Butler from 2011 to 2019 before dating and marrying Tucker after three years. Last year, the two ran in with each other after the 2023 Oscars Afterparty Bash.
Butler was nominated for Best Actor for his outstanding portrayal of the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley, in "Elvis."
