Kendrick Lamar is one of the most awarded rappers in music history. His subversive lyricism, poignant delivery, and masterful production had fans cheering for his every release. The Pulitzer-winning rapper is highly celebrated in the industry and by his peers.

Despite the fame and influence he wields in the music industry, Lamar has remained humble most of the time. The same could be said about his dating history, as he has only had around four people with whom he was romantically linked, one of whom is his longtime fiance.

Kendrick Lamar Dating History

According to the Who's Dated Who website, Kendrick Lamar dated SZA, Fergie, and model Lira Mercer.

However, there had been no supporting evidence or stories about Lamar's relationships with these women.

SZA and Kendric Lamar only worked together as labelmates in Top Dawg Entertainment. They were even nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Song and a Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song for their collaboration in "All The Stars" for "Black Panther."

Kendrick Lamar Fiance: Whitney Alford

People Magazine reported that Kendrick Lamar had been connected with his fiance, Whitney Alford, since they were teenagers. They met in southern Los Angeles at Centennial High School in Compton, California.

Unlike some rappers, Lamar wanted to keep his relationship with Alford private - which is why she hasn't been invited to the many public appearances that he is in.

"When I asked Lamar, out of all the influential people on his speed dial, who in his life has the power to call him out," The New York Times wrote about Lamar, "his answer was immediate: 'One particular young lady,' he said, referring to Alford. 'She's been here since Day 1.'"

In 2015, the two were reportedly engaged. Lamar told Billboard he wouldn't even call Alford his "girl."

"That's my best friend. I don't even like the term that society has put in the world as far as being a companion - she's somebody I can tell my fears to," he added.

Lamar and Alford share two children - Uzi and Enoch. They were all featured on the album art of his most recent album cover, "Mr. Morale and The Big Stepper," including Alford.
