Calling all fans of Jeff Lynne and his Electric Light Orchestra! This might be the last time you can witness the musician and his band perform live as they embark on their farewell tour this year; check out all the details below.
According to Rolling Stone, the group will perform in different cities across the United States and Canada, starting at the Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, CA, on August 24, 2024.
The tour, dubbed The Over And Out Tour, will also visit major cities such as Toronto, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Cleveland, New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Boston, Denver, and many more.
The outlet noted that the original Electric Light Orchestra ran from 1970 to 1987 decades ago. Initially, Jeff Lynne dissolved the group to focus on producing other artists.
At the time, drummer Bev Bevan continued the legacy under ELO Part II.
Lynne went on to revive the Electric Light Orchestra in 2001, but he only invited the original keyboardist, Richard Tandy, into the lineup. Unfortunately, their arena tour was canceled at the time due to low ticket sales.

For those interested in watching the group perform their biggest hits live, Uproxx reported that the pre-sale will begin on March 20, 2024, at 10 a.m. EST. Fans can register to get access at Jeff Lynne's ELO's official website here.
On the same day, fans will also get a chance to purchase VIP tickets.
