Miranda Lambert may be wrapping up her Velvet Rodeo residency at the Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas in a matter of weeks, but she has earned a new milestone while she was at it.

According to People Magazine, the Clark County commissioner gave the "Space in Mt Heart" singer a ceremonial key to the Las Vegas strip and a $140,000 check donation for her MuttNation Foundation.

MuttNation Foundation was founded by Lambert and her mother, Bev Lambert, in 2009. It is a non-profit dedicated to promoting pet adoption, spay and neuter access, and other resources for pet owners.

The country music star was all smiles receiving the donation that Planet Hollywood raised by setting aside $1 from every ticket purchased for her Velvet Rodeo shows.

This is not the first time Lambert has been reported about donations to and from her dog foundation.

In July 2023, the "Mama's Broken Heart" hitmaker donated over $250,000 to animal shelters in every state.

Southern Living reported that Lambert donated $5,000 to one shelter from each state and a surprise grant.

"These grants give us the chance to show our appreciation and spotlight shelters across the country for their hard work, year-round, to improve the lives of shelter pets," the singer said. "We're so proud to partner with Tractor Supply on this and other programs, allowing us to elevate our goals and increase the number of animals' lives we can change."

The report also notes that the Lamberts have been running their Mutts Across America program for years and have donated to and supported more than 450 shelters in the country.

Miranda Lambert's Life, Career Flourishes

Aside from her foundation and her career flourishing, Lambert's personal life has also been doing good.

The "The House That Built Me" singer and her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, welcomed a new member of their family in March 2024.

"Please welcome the newest member of our family. This is 'Cool,'" the singer wrote in an Instagram caption with a video compilation of a horse named Cool.

"He is one of the sweetest horses I've ever met. He does it all with grace and patience and has already taught me so much. In the last few months I've picked up the hobby of mounted shooting and in the process I've made some amazing new friends including this handsome fella."
