Tom DeLonge talked candidly about getting heatstroke during a recent performance by Blink-182 in Paraguay. While the heatstroke was scary, how his bandmates reacted and helped him is heartwarming.

On March 19, the pop-punk group performed at Luque's Parque Olímpico.

According to reports, DeLonge exited the stage during the last verse of their most recent song, "More Than You Know," from their newest album, "One More Time."

He revealed on March 22 that he had heatstroke. "This was about 1 min before heat stroke hit," he captioned a photo on Instagram.

"Fell to my knees, everything went blurry, then wobbled to the side of the stage and vomited for a bit. Super fun."

He shared that to make sure the audience will not be affected, bassist Mark Hoppus and drummer Travis Barker played some solos to make up for lost time.

"This was not something I've ever felt before," he added.

He did not leave though.

"But... I made it back and finished the show. Cause that's what Navy Seals do...," he shared.

DeLonge even returned to play "Happy Holidays, You Bastard" with the rest of the band, and completed the whole set.

But the heat stroke cannot be undermined.

Video footage even revealed how DeLonge performed the song "More Than You Know" while leaning against Travis Barker's drum riser. After a few seconds, he appeared on his knees as he continues playing guitar.

After the song ends, singer-bassist Mark Hoppus looks offstage and the audience could hear him say, "You alright, Tommy? Tom's throwing up right now, I think. I think Tom's throwing up."

Blink-182's Mexico/South America gigs were rescheduled for 2024 because of Barker's broken finger.

At present, they are already currently halfway through their tour.

In addition, they have a summer tour scheduled in the UK, which was postponed after Barker canceled due to a "urgent family matter."

Together with Liam Gallagher, Lana Del Rey, Fred Again..., Gerry Cinnamon, and Catfish & The Bottlemen, the band will also play as the headliner of the Reading & Leeds festival this year.
