Machine Gun Kelly shocked fans earlier this year when he shared his new tattoo.

Although the rapper is known for having many ink on his body, he took it to the next level as he covered up most of his body art with blackout ink.

Today, the musician shared how gruesome the healing process was.

In a video posted on his official Instagram account, the "Emo Girl" hitmaker shared a compilation of videos featuring himself going through the process of getting the blackout tattoo and the pain that he had to go through after the procedure.

"Today starts the day that I start the physical change of my body... We'll see what this turns out to be," he said while his old tattoos were still visible.

Over the next few weeks, the rapper underwent long sessions of tattooing, which had a massive impact on his body. There was one gruesome clip that showed a part of his skin bleeding because of how intense the tattoo was. It also came to a point where a part of his arm swelled up.

"This is the most painful s*** I've ever experienced in my life," he said. (via People Magazine)

Megan Fox's Reaction to Machine Gun Kelly's Tattoo

Megan Fox, who previously confirmed that she and the rapper had already broken off their engagement, spoke with Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy podcast to react to her ex-fiancé's tattoo.

She revealed to the host that the blackout tattoo was "really elegant" and that the rapper has a "special story" behind his body art, but it's his decision whether to share the story publicly.

He provided some context behind the ink, saying he had issues with his previous tattoos, which affected him emotionally. He also didn't want to revisit those memories of some of the tattoos, so he decided to get rid of them.

The Transformers actress also confirmed that MGK didn't get anesthesia before the procedure, and he felt all the pain.
