The production company owned by Michael Jackson aims to prevent Wade Robson and James Safechuck from accessing his criminal record, suspecting they seek private images of him.

As reported by TMZ, new legal documents reveal that the late King of Pop's companies are seeking to dismiss Wade and James' demands for police records. The companies assert the motive behind their requests is to procure images of the late star's genitalia.

In legal action against Michael Jackson's businesses, Wade and James claim his employees played a role in enabling the alleged abuse they experienced as children, accusing the "Billie Jean" hitmaker of sexual misconduct.

In 2017, Wade initiated obtaining records from multiple legal entities, including the Santa Barbara County District Attorney, the Los Angeles County District Attorney, and the LAPD.

Despite the court denying his request in July 2018, Wade and James have now resurfaced this request as part of their ongoing legal cases against MJJ Productions, which gained traction.

In summary, the individuals consider it inappropriate and unrelated to their present grievances, asserting Michael deserves privacy even in the afterlife. Furthermore, the company said, "Plaintiffs' attempt to obtain this sensitive, private, and irrelevant information over this Court's prior order to quash is particularly egregious."

In the documentary Leaving Neverland, Wade and James shared their accusations against Michael. Although their legal claims against his company were initially dismissed in 2017, a new California law led to their reinstatement on appeal.

To safeguard MJ's private photos, his company is taking steps to prevent unauthorized access.

There are concerns that the individuals involved may attempt to share these images publicly. Therefore, MJ's company is determined to thwart any potential dissemination of the sensitive material.

News of the accusers' next move comes after the release date of the Michael biopic has been confirmed.
