It's been a tough week for country music singer Morgan Wallen. The "Last Night" singer is facing three felony charges for throwing a chair off of a bar rooftop in Nashville, Tenn. Besides the three counts of reckless endangerment, he was also charged with one count of disorderly conduct. He was arrested late on Sunday (April 7). He later posted a $15,250 bond and was released from police custody at 3:30 a.m.

Someone having a better time this week is Wallen's ex, Katie "KT" Smith. Smith, 29, is a social media influencer. She recently took to Instagram to share photos with her now-husband Luke Scornavacco. She captioned the photo "swipe for a surprise," with the surprise being a photo of the newlyweds holding up an official marriage certificate.

The two became engaged on March 29, less than two weeks before they posted their announcement on Instagram. Their engagement news was also published to Instagram, with Smith captioning the post, "03/29/24: when dreams turned to reality" and attaching a sparkling emoji. In the proposal video, Smith wears a stunning white dress while Scornavacco rocks a cowboy hat.

The rest of Smith's marriage post was a slideshow of her and Scornavacco looking loved up. A few photos included Indigo, Smith and Wallen's child. The set shows the three in a wide open field, exuding a Southern, country vibe. Smith sports a flowy, ruffled layered skirt and a matching top that showed off her rib tattoo. Scornavacco, meanwhile, wore a simple outfit of a white long sleeve and dark jeans.

Scornavacco and Smith have a YouTube channel together as well as a couple's TikTok account. The two are social media stars in their own right. Scornavacco boasts over 150,000 followers on Instagram while Smith has 440,000 followers on the platform.

Wallen, 30, and Smith dated from 2016 to 2019. Their relationship was on and off. Despite the fact that Smith and Wallen are not together, they co-parent Indigo. Though the two have "some difficulties" in their experience co-parenting, their son remains "the most important thing" in the exes' lives, Wallen has said.

When Indigo was born, Wallen wrote on Instagram, "I'll be the Dad you deserve as well as the co-parent your mother deserves." He later told People magazine in 2021 that his son is "going to be a great little dude."

Wallen is currently on his One Night at a Time tour, which is completely sold out. In 2023, he released his self-titled album to hundreds of millions of streams.

This isn't the first time the country music star is in hot water. In 2020, he repeatedly broke COVID-19 violations, and in 2021 was caught on tape saying the N-word. After the latter incident, he was temporarily suspended from his label, Big Loud records.

While Smith and Scornavacco celebrate their recent union and presumably plan a full wedding party, Wallen awaits a Nashville court date on May 3. The Nashville court appearance is set between two of the singer's Nashville tour dates.
