City Girls, a.k.a. Yung Miami and JT, took to X, formerly Twitter, on Monday, April 8, to hash out what a steadily building beef.

It all started when Yung Miami threw the first digital punch -- or rather, Tweet -- on Monday afternoon. The social media posts, which are now deleted, were screenshotted by and posted on Complex

She wrote, "A bitch been sneak dissing me for weeks and I ain't say sh-- what a bitch mad at me fa," with five question marks and five exclamation points. Her post was an apparent "subtweet," a post that is shared with the true intention of only one person reading it, at JT, with whom she formed the City Girls.

She continued, writing that she "ain't jealous of a soul" and shows "love to EVERYBODY."

Miami claims that JT dissed her on two of the "First Day Out" rapper's solo singles, "No Bars" and "Sideways." On the latter, JT raps that she "dont f-- with y'all bitches," but does not seem to take shots at her City Girl collaborator.

After Miami put her on blast, JT responded with choice words.

Quoting Miami's original post, JT wrote "Oh Ms.mama this your LAST day playing dumb!" She continued: "I know I come off crazy but never in my life did no wack sh-- to this girl," referring to Miami. The two formed their City Girls duo in 2017.

JT asked to take the building conflict offline, posting "We can sit and talk about it!" She continued, "It'll be too much for me to tweet! I will like a sit down...Caresha please!" The two kept the beef online, clashing further.

Miami rsponded to JT's remarks and request to go offline as her trying to "play victim." Calling out JT by name, Miami attempted to correct her rap partner.

"Jatavia you been sneak dissing me for the LAST COUPLE OF DAYS!!!" she digitally exclaimed, continuing to accuse JT of making "2 whole songs DISSING ME." She claims that, regardless of this perceived attack, she supported JT's music.

JT defended herself, telling Miami that none of her solo songs were dissing her, and that this was a narrative created by the internet. She flatly asked Miami, "Which songs was about you???" Miami argued that both "Sideways" and "No Bars" were shots at her.

The two continued to scuffle, with Miami accusing JT of kicking her while she's down.

They appeared to have a phone call as JT posted a tweet saying that she would "literally" take a bullet for Miami and Miami quoted the post, writing "Jatavia we just got off the phone I'm so confused now we back to the internet????" JT clarified that the tweet was posted before their call.

Miami and JT quickly changed their tunes, taking to X to share their affection for each other.

"Jatavia I love you. I'm moving on!" wrote Miami with heart emojis. JT returned the feeling, saying "I love you more. I actually love you the most!"

For now, the beef appears to be squashed.

JT recently released her single "Sideways" in February. Yung Miami is gearing up for her upcoming single "CFWM" which will feature rapper Skilla Baby and releases tomorrow, April 10. Only time will tell when the City Girls will reunite to produce hits like "Act Up."
