Just a month away before Zayn Malik releases his album Room Under the Stairs, the One Direction alum gave fans a treat as he finally unveiled the official tracklist.

Taking to his official Instagram account, the singer shared an animated video of his album while slowly revealing the 15 new titles.

Fans will finally be able to stream the songs on major music platforms starting on May 17.

Zayn Malik New Song 'Alienated'

Last month, Zayn Malik opened his new era of music by releasing the lead single from his new album, "What I Am." Prior to unveiling the official tracklist, he teased fans about a new track called "Alienated."

A video shared on the social media platform begins with a black-and-white clip of the singer writing something in a notebook that appeared to be the track's lyrics.

Several behind-the-scene videos then played as he shared a commentary about the track, saying it was the first song he wrote and it helped him mold and shape the sound for him.

He clarified that the track would not delve into the country music genre but rather his version of blues, adding, "You can't really put them in a genre. They're just influenced by other music, but it's my version of it."

In the end, Malik walks towards a microphone, and then a short snippet of the song plays. "Alienated" will be released on Friday (April 12).

Zayn Malik's new album, Room Under the Stairs, marks hia comeback after taking a break for three years.

As reported by Rolling Stone, the musician said that his intention in releasing this project is for his listeners to gain a personal insight into him as a human being.

The Dave Cobb co-produced album contains songs Malik wrote during his time in Pennsylvania. It will be released under his new label, Mercury Records.
