Primus gave the world their creepy cover of "Pure Imagination" last month, and now they've dipped back into the cookie jar to release another cut from Primus & The Chocolate Factory (due Oct. 21).

Willy Wonka purists, cover your ears. "Golden Ticket" is reborn as a five-minute tune scarier than the movie's iconic rowing trip.

"I never had a chance to shine," Les Claypool sings with creepy angst. "Never a happy song to sing / But suddenly half the world is mine / What an amazing thing."

A great guitar interlude from Larry LaLonde utilizes some sort of Leslie effect, and later, a xylophone adds unnerving twinkle to a pulsing midsection.

Of course, Claypool doesn't stick to the exact lyrical script. He lets loose with a few spontaneously lines such as, "Give it to me, daddy."

Powerful stuff.
