Wynonna Judd's 27-year-old daughter, Grace Kelley, has been formally charged after she was arrested for indecent exposure in Alabama.

According to Page Six, the Elmore County Sheriff's Office confirmed that the country superstar's daughter was charged with soliciting prostitution, indecent exposure, and obstruction of governmental operations.

The recent news comes Kelley was arrested on April 5 in Alabama. At the time, she reportedly stood near a highway and flashed her entire chest and her private parts; she also did not cooperate with authorities after she was approached.

Millbrook, Alabama Police Chief P.K. Johnson confirmed to the Daily Mail that she was also holding a sign that read "Ride for a Ride" while exposing her body.

She's set to appear in court on April 25, 2024.

As of this writing, Wynonna Judd has yet to release a public statement about the matter.

Grace Kelley's Previous Run-In With the Law

This was not the first time Grace Kelley had legal trouble; she was also sentenced to eight years in prison in 2018.

The West Tennessee State Penitentiary previously confirmed that she violated her probation and served her time for drug charges in 2016.

Public information officer Robert Reburn told Us Weekly that her probation was revoked in February 2018, and she was given an eight-year sentence for the two drugs in 2016 and another four years for evading arrest.

Grace Kelley was released in 2022, but her run-in with the law didn't stop there. She was later arrested the following year. After a few months behind bars, she was rereleased in October 2022.

Wynonna Judd's Reaction Over Grace Kelley's Legal Trouble

After Kelley's recent arrest, a source spoke to the Daily Mail to reveal that Wynonna Judd feels like she couldn't do anything to her daughter as she's "powerless."

"Whenever Grace gets back on track, she falls right off track again and it is a pattern that has no end," the insider said.

The source further noted that Kelley and Judd rekindled their bond following Naomi Judd's death, especially since the country legend's daughter just gave birth to Kaliyah.

The source added, "[Judd] is prepared to take care of Kaliyah if [Kelly] goes back to prison again but is praying that this won't happen."
