Kanye West Suspected in LA Battery Case After Alleged Incident Involving Wife Bianca Censori

In a recent incident in Los Angeles, Kanye West faced allegations of a physical altercation with a man who reportedly sexually assaulted his wife.

West, 46, reportedly struck the unidentified male after he was accused of inappropriately touching his wife, Bianca Censori.

The Los Angeles Police Department detailed the incident in a battery report, citing the man's actions against Censori as the trigger for West's response.

LAPD Identifies West as Battery Suspect

According to statements provided to TMZ by the rapper's team, Censori's encounter was not solely a case of being pushed.

They revealed that the random man involved in the incident went further, subjecting her to sexual assault by placing his hands under her dress, gripping her waist, and sending her unwelcome kisses.

After the altercation, West reportedly delivered a punch to him, as stated in the LAPD report revealed to the outlet.

Despite escaping unscathed, the unidentified man lodged a battery complaint with law enforcement in the aftermath of the incident on Tuesday evening.

West and Censori made a quick exit from the premises.

Per a representative of the rapper, it was mentioned that the individual allegedly punched by West had engaged in a physical altercation with Censori.

"'Grabbed' is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened. Bianca was physically assaulted."

"The assailant didn't merely collide into her. He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses. She was battered and sexually assaulted."

The Wests at Disneyland

Despite Censori's more conservative attire, she sparked intrigue by creatively bandaging her bare feet and ankles during a recent outing at Disneyland.

Questions have also arisen regarding Censori's entrance into the park, as Disneyland's guidelines explicitly forbid attire deemed "inappropriate" by officials. At Disneyland, guests must adhere to the Guest Courtesy and Attire Policies by "wearing Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times."

In line with the guidelines, Disneyland maintains the authority to refuse entry to or eject any individual donning clothing deemed unsuitable by the establishment.

During West and Censori's visit to Disneyland, the couple were captured on video strolling around the park.

The "Donda" rapper switched up his usual all-black ensemble for a bright white hoodie and loose-fitting eggshell pants. Interestingly, the footage did not show any of West's four children from his previous marriage to Kim Kardashian accompanying them on the trip.
