Rihanna cannot look back at her past fashion choices and not cringe, especially now that she is a mom.
Rihanna is sending out a "SOS" regarding some of her previous wardrobe selections. At a Fenty X Puma shoe launch event on Thursday, the international diva told Britsh Vogue that, as a mother, she regrets the skimpy clothes she used to wear.
The global superstar admitted to Britsh Vogue at a Fenty X Puma shoe release event Thursday that she regrets the revealing outfits she wore in the past now that she's a mother. "I did so much s-t in my life. I had my nipples out, I had my panties out," she recalled after the publication asked what her "fashion ick" is.
"But now those are the things, I guess, as a mom, as an evolved young lady ... it's just things that I just feel like I would never do," she further explained. "And I'm just like, 'Oh my god, I really did that? nips out?'"
Apparently, the "Work" hitmaker made a lot of daring design decisions while she was pregnant with both of her children, but she also has some regrets over the decision to expose some skin in her younger years-possibly because of her famous dazzling sheer 2014 CFDA fashion awards outfit.
At her release event, she also gave an interview to Entertainment Tonight, sharing that she finds inspiration in her two young children's father's fashion sense when it comes to getting them dressed every day.
Throughout each of her pregnancies, Rihanna demonstrated her standing as a style queen by sporting form-fitting outfits that flaunted her expanding baby bump.
In February 2022, she flaunted her bump while out and about in Los Angeles, wearing a form-fitting, exposing lace-up cardigan by Jean Paul Gaultier.
She flaunted everything in lingerie at the Dior Fall 2022 Paris Fashion Week show the following month, including a tiny Savage X Fenty thong.
The pop star, who was expecting her then first child with rapper ASAP Rocky, made an appearance at the Dior fashion show wearing a black tulle dress with lace trim that exposed her undergarments and stomach. She also partnered dress with a black leather coat, long silver necklaces and dark red lipstick.
She told Vogue at the time, "That dress is actually the closest thing to maternity clothes that I've worn so far."
A little more than a year later, she attracted attention in an eccentric fur ensemble by Loewe, which included an oversized fake fur stole, an asymmetrical miniskirt, and a furry halter crop top that accentuated her expanding baby belly.
