Margot Robbie, known for her calm demeanor, is feeling somewhat perturbed by the recent sly remarks made by Shakira about Barbie.

According to a new report, the Aussie actress is allegedly advising those around her to avoid the singer-with consequences if ignored!

Robbie was furious when the Colombian singer publicly criticized the Oscar-nominated film, claiming that her sons, Milan, 11, and Sasha, 9, found it somewhat emasculating. But Shakira's comments didn't end there.

"I like pop culture when it attempts to empower women without robbing men of their possibility to be men, to also protect and provide," the "Hips Don't Lie" singer said "Men have a purpose in society and women have another purpose as well. We complement each other!"

Margot Robbie's Shakira Warning

The Barbie actress is keenly aware of the remarks made about her, having both acted in and produced the successful film mentioned.

"Margot doesn't appreciate the nasty things Shakira said about the film," a source told the National Enquirer. "She worked very hard on it and is proud of all the attention it received."

"Margot can try to cast it aside as jealousy, but it still stings. The two have some mutual friends. Margot's warning them she'd better not run into Shakira or she'll give her a piece of her mind!"

Based on insider information, the 33-year-old blonde beauty reportedly believes that Latin Pop icon has been influenced by patriarchal values, leading to personal tensions. Margot is not the sole individual harboring resentment in this situation.

"Shakira is not a fan of Margot and thinks she's totally overrated," according to the source.

"She just doesn't get the hype and hasn't been shy about telling people. Obviously, the movie touched a real nerve!"

However, it's best to take the outlet's report with a grain of salt.
