Miranda Lambert is trading the Las Vegas strip for your local ballpark.

"Music on the Diamond" will offer a series of concerts with top artists performing on Minor League ballparks. The series is set to offer a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity where fans can witness their favorite singers in the unique, outdoor atmosphere.

Fresh off her new record deal, Lambert will be kicking off the series with three concerts on fields in Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas.

The Grammy-winner will kick things off Peoples Natural Gas Field, home of the Altoona Curve on June 7. She will then play Momentum Bank Ballpark, home of the Midland RockHounds, on June 29; Trustmark Park, home of the Mississippi Braves, on July 26; and AutoZone Park, home of the Memphis Redbirds, on September 28.

Thomas Rhett will then end the series with a concert in California. He takes the stage at Chukchansi Park, home of the Fresno Grizzlies, on October 20.

Tickets are slated to go on sale to the public starting April 26, 10 a.m. local time, with select presale opportunities made available starting April 23.

The events are intended to open up new methods of engagement for fans beyond baseball. While they are primarily used for America's favorite pastime, organizers hope that the concerts can redefine the role of Minor League ballparks as a hub of vibrant entertainment and culture for the communities surrounding them.

"Whether you're catching a glimpse of the Skyliner roller coaster just beyond the right-field wall at Peoples Natural Gas Field in Altoona or taking in the view of the Sierra Mountains on a clear day at Chukchansi Park in Fresno, Minor League ballparks provide some of the most unique atmospheres for entertainment," say Pat Battle and Peter Freund, Executive Chairman and CEO of DBH, respectively. "We're thrilled to see these cornerstones of the community open their doors to the public as often as possible."

The series is expected to continue with more artists beyond Lambert and Rhett in coming months and years. Organizers intend that more fans across the country will be able to experience the concert series as more events will be announced throughout the year.

Lambert's upcoming concert dates as she is gearing up to release a new album later this year. Preceded by the lead single "Wranglers," out May 3, the album will be her first under her new deal with Republic Records.

Although she is a country singer, the "Famous In A Small Town" songstress signed with the pop label for future releases. Her new record deal also includes a partnership with Big Loud, a prominent country label. The imprint will be in charge of handling her releases for radio promotion and marketing.
