It has been seven years since Hilary Duff dropped an album, but she is hard at work on her fifth studio effort. She has already released its lead single "Chasing The Sun" as well as the second single "All About You," and recently detailed the progress of the new record with MTV, assuring fans it is "pretty much done."

She told them that she is putting the finishing touches on the album, which is due out in 2015. However, she is still looking for a partner to jump on a duet she wrote.

"I might go with an unknown or an up-and-comer just to give the song even more of a quirky feel," Duff said. "But secretly, I really love Harry Styles, but he's kind of busy with One Direction; I know this. But I am a secret 1D fan."

She described the track as having an "old school Sheryl Crow vibe to it."

She added, "It's about being in New York and meeting someone, like, standing in the rain trying to get a cab, when you're basically going to fight for a cab and you're either going to join forces or you're going to fight to the death. Well, this one is about not getting in a fight and sharing a cab with a guy and like falling in love on the ride."

Hear that Harry?
