Dolly Parton and Florida Georgia Line
"I'm sorry. I would have been here sooner, but I got lost in Tyler Hubbard's lips." While that is not something you would normally hear coming out of any "regular" person's lips, after September 21st, it is something that could be said hundreds of times.

No, Tyler isn't going to be the guest star at a kissing booth at a fall festival - he, along with Brian Kelly, is going to be crafted in corn. Corn Dawgs, an agri-tourism themed adventure park in Loganville, Georgia, is featuring Florida Georgia Line in their annual corn maze. Seven acres of corn was cut to highlight their faces, their names and a guitar.

Dolly Parton's face won't be in corn, but this year, she will have a maze dedicated to her in honor of her McMinn County Imagination Library in Athens, Tennessee. Dolly launched the project in 1995 to benefit the children in the Eastern Tennessee county she considers to be home by mailing high quality, age-appropriate books directly to their homes. In the early days, the library was only to mail out a few dozen books. Now, nearly 20 years later, with over 1600 communities in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. partnering with her, over 60 million books have been mailed out.

2014 isn't the first year that country music stars have been "in the corn." In 2011, the Shelby Corn Maze in Shelby, North Carolina celebrated its 10th anniversary with Jason Aldean as the maze design star. That same year, Lady Antebellum was crafted into a corn maze at Steed’s Dairy in Grovetown, Georgia. In 2012, Alan Jackson's likeness could be found at Gull Meadow Farms' maze in Richland, Michigan. Last year, Kellie Pickler was the star of the Shelby Corn Maze show and George Jones was remembered in corn on two farms in Tennessee.

Who do you think would make good corn maze star? Next year, Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood will mark their 10th anniversary in December. Wouldn't it be great to celebrate with them in the form of a corn maze? In 2016, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill will be celebrating their 20 year anniversary and that same year, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert will mark their 5 year anniversary - again - a great way to party with them would be in the form of a corn maze!
