It appears Cher is having some tough times ... allegedly. It's been reported by TMZ that the singer is being sued for supposedly telling her choreographer that she believed there to be too many black people on the stage while she was performing.

Of course, she's claiming the accusations are totally false.

The famed gossip site obtained the lawsuit documents, which state that while Cher was auditioning dancers for her 2014 Dressed to Kill tour, her choreographer, Kevin Wilson, believed things were moving rather swimmingly; however, the singer claimed, "We have too much color onstage."

Wilson's attorney, Perry Wander, filed the suit along with two back up dancers. Further investigation of the documents (per TMZ) state that the singer demanded Wilson find a "white, blond dancer" and he was then instructed "not to cast anymore dark skinned black dancers on the tour."

Check out the below video from TMZ of Wander discussing the lawsuit:

Adding to the racial remarks, the lawsuit states that following a Louisville show back in June, one of Cher's male dancers allegedly sexually assaulted a female dancer in a hotel room and Cher attempted to cover it up by keeping on the male dancer and firing three "whistle blowers," which included Wilson himself.

TMZ notes that Cher's reps state, "These are ridiculous allegations. They couldn't be farther from the truth." They then called the racial statement "untrue and categorically denied."

So, what do you think –– are the allegations true or false?
