Iggy Azalea and Ellie Goulding's teased new collaboration seems to be right around the corner. After the "Black Widow" rapper announced that she and Goulding had worked together on a new single earlier this month, yesterday (Sept. 22) the song's beat and a bit of the lyrics were revealed in the trailer for the upcoming film Kingsman: The Secret Service.
The action-packed trailer features not only the acting skills of Samuel L. Jackson, Colin Firth and Michael Caine but also a heavy guitar laden, handclap filled melody. The weighty beat drops in and out of the movie teaser but its volume gets pumped up at the end, with the revelation that it's a new track from Azalea and Goulding.
"For everyone who said I'd never make it / Oh, weren't you mistaken / I got a dinner date with greatness," Azalea raps, full of punch and attitude. She's back and ready to roar. Goulding's hook is a light accompaniment, balancing the rough and rugged raps from Azalea with a distinct softness.

The new Iggy Azalea/Ellie Goulding track snippet follows Azalea's announcement earlier this month that she will be re-releasing her debut album The New Classic with six new songs.

The Azalea/Goulding track doesn't have a released title yet or an official release date. Azalea's The New Classic re-release is similarly lacking details, but it's expected in the coming months.
