It looks like Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez may not be the only couple on Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta that's just pretending to be married.

If you remember back to this past season on the show, Waka Flocka Flame and his fiance Tammy Rivera had a storyline running that included them supposedly heading to City Hall for a civil ceremony. Supposedly, Tammy had decided she didn't want to deal with the pressure of planning a big, splashy wedding, so the couple quietly swapped vows in private in front of a judge.

They played it off as if they were legally married for the rest of the season and focused on starting a family, but here's the thing: No marriage certificate for the couple was filed.

The couple filed for a marriage license, but according to MediaTakeOut's source, they never sealed the deal:

"They do have a marriage license, but a marriage license makes it so the two can get married. It will eventually expire. A marriage CERTIFICATE is the proof that someone is married not a license. Tammy and Waka are not husband and wife. They are going around saying they're married when they're not! There is NO marriage CERTIFICATE in Georgia public records!"

It's true that in most states a marriage license expires after 60 days, which means Waka and Tammy's would be null and void by now.

Do you think these two ever really intended to get married, or was filing for the certificate done for the show? Perhaps Waka wasn't too thrilled with Tammy for posting a photo of him holding a firearm on social media — something that could get him locked up on a probation violation — and hit the brakes on those wedding bells.

What are your thoughts on Waka and Rivera's relationship and marital status? Are they the real deal or just playing things up for the Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta cameras? Comment below.
