Word on web is Juicy J is being sued for his "Bandz A Make Her Dance" video. The rapper faces a lawsuit for copyright infringement as he is accused of stealing video footage featuring Lil' Wayne and 2 Chainz.

As reported by TheJasmineBrand, Creative Dream Productions and a man named Mahad Dar have filed a lawsuit against the former Three 6 Mafia rapper and Columbia Records over copyright infringement for the video, which they filmed.

Dar claims Juicy J sought out his services in August 2012 to produce a music video for his hit song "Bandz A Make Her Dance" and the shoot was to feature Lil' Wayne and 2 Chainz. Reports indicate that CDP also secured extras, trailers for artists and craft services for the video.

CDP revealed that Lil' Wayne called to cancel and the company assumed the entire video shoot was cancelled. In turn, CDP informed the venue they secured but was contacted shortly thereafter to reconfirm his appearance. They ultimately lost the venue they secured due to the original cancellation.

According to Dar, he is the sole owner of the video footage and Juicy J never requested his permission to use it. Dar claims he and Juicy agreed that he would remain the owner until a deal was made regarding money. Despite the lack of a deal, Columbia Records released the "Bandz A Make Her Dance" music video, which went on to garnish 34 million views on YouTube, without his permission.

Dar and Creative Dream Productions are seeking an injunction against Juicy J from continuing to sell "Bandz A Make Her Dance" and want to directly receive all profits from both the song and the music video.

No reason was given for why Dar waited so long to file suit.
