August Alsina is still not fully recovered from his onstage fall — and ensuing three-day coma — in New York last month.

Scheduled to appear at Kevin Hart's HartBeat event in London this weekend, the "No Love" singer was forced to cancel after doctors told him to stay grounded.

Alsina's reps quickly supplied context (via Billboard):

"Due to the well-publicized fall from a stage in New York last month which caused August to be hospitalized for more than a week, his medical team has advised him that it would be unwise to travel such distance so soon into his recovery," a spokesperson for Alsina said in a statement. "August has asked us to convey his disappointment and sadness that he will be unable to perform. We all wish him the very best of luck and a speedy recovery."

Hart also chimed in.

"Naturally, our thoughts and well wishes go out to this young talent," the comedian said in a statement. "August and I have spoken and to say he is disappointed is an understatement, but he is also wise enough to realize that his health must take priority over anything else — even my showcase!

"To all HartBeat and August Alsina fans, we are saddened by this unexpected news, but we must also take responsibility and adhere to what August's medical team advise, no matter how disappointing this news is. This means that the Saturday night show will NOT be happening."

The Brooklyn Bowl concert would've been Alsina's first UK performance.
