In support of his latest album Nobody's Smiling, Chicago rapper Common has announced the 13-date Nobody's Smiling Tour, which will kick off in Las Vegas Nov. 21 and end with two dates at the Fillmore in New York City Dec. 9 and 10. New Orleans rapper Jay Electronica will be joining Common as the opening act.
