Christina Aguilera is gearing up for a big return to the entertainment world in 2015. Yesterday (Oct. 15), it was announced that she will be returning for The Voice season eight alongside Pharrell Williams and veteran coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, and now the "Beautiful" singer has announced that she will be making new music in the new year.

Aguilera logged on to her Twitter to announce that she will be releasing a new single or album in 2015, alongside a mysterious hashtag.

"New baby. New Music. New season of @NBCtheVoice. Bringing #FireAndFun to all, can't wait for 2015!"

Though the baby, her daughter Summer Rain Rutler, and her upcoming gig on The Voice season eight are all knowns, details surrounding Aguilera's new music project and the hashtag #FireAndFun are incredibly scarce.

Could "Fire and Fun" be a new single title? New album title? New concept for her look and sound? (Aguilera is known to switch directions completely between projects, you know). Exact meanings behind the hashtag remain to be seen and there will likely be questions surrounding the meaning behind it all for some time.

Aguilera's return to The Voice and her new music in 2015 follows a slight musical hiatus for the pop star. She left The Voice after season five, eventually to be replaced by fellow blonde female singers Shakira and Gwen Stefani. Aguilera's last album, Lotus, was released in November 2012 to mixed critical reviews and a No. 7 debut on the Billboard 200.
