Blink 182 recently put some items out in the ether in an attempt to raise some money for the tornado relief effort out in Oklahoma. The relief effort is in part to rebuild the area after it was devastated by tornadoes.

The "What's My Age Again" group auctioned off four valuable items, including what is sure to be one of the most expensive pairs of shoes anyone has ever bought in their life, maybe. All of the information was found using ebay's archives of auction items, links to the items and pictures of the items can be seen by following the links describing each item.

The first item that was put out there was a Limited Edition Hand Painted Bunny which was painted by Brandon Heart. The little decorative bunny rabbit went on ebay for almost four grand ending the auction with $3950.00. That is a lot of grass for a bunny!

The second item was more than likely the one that turned a lot of profit for the group's donation to Oklahoma. Mark Hoppus took the shoes off his own feet, found a sharpie, signed his name on them, took a picture, found a computer, and posted them on ebay. After all was said and done the shoes went for MORE THAN SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. Talk about expensive shoes! The shoes were signed and worn by Hoppus during the 2011 North American Tour.

The third item that was sold went, surprisingly to us anyway, for less than the bunny made. This was Mark Hoppus' signature bass guitar, which was signed by both Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus. The instrument made it over the three thousand dollar hump coming in at $3,051.00. Looks like Oklahoma is going to get a good chunk of change so far! Let's see what the fourth and final item finally sold for.

A signed 2009 North America Tour poster, with art by Maxx242 was also sold in this relief auction. This was one of the most expensive posters I have ever seen, because the thing sold for MORE THAN FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS! It came in at a total of $530.00, which seems to be the most profitable item over all of the four items.

Let's see, that means that the band raised a total of... $8,672.00 to help out Oklahoma. Surely the people of Oklahoma are very happy about the support they have received from the band.
