Jamie Foxx isn't letting that lawsuit stop him from releasing new music. In fact, the actor recently released a new song entitled "Ain't My Fault." The song comes on the heels of accusations that Foxx and DJ Mustard stole the beat and lyrics for their collaboration "Party Ain't A Party" from another song.

On the mellow R&B track, Foxx sings about seeing a woman in a figure-hugging black dress that leads his mind elsewhere.

Word on web is Foxx is working on a new album. Take a listen to "Ain't My Fault" after the jump.

As previously reported, Foxx, 2 Chainz and producer DJ Mustard are being taken to court by Nontra Records. The label claims "Party Ain't A Party" is identical to a song they already own.

Ryan Book gave a summation of events as provided by The Hollywood Reporter: The beat used during "Party Ain't A Party" is actually the exact same beat as whatever song Nontra is claiming possession of, and DJ Mustard made both. The DJ apparently made the same beat for performer J Randwhile he was with the Poe Boy Music Group. J Rand made his own song and then Nontra bought out his contract, acquiring Poe Boy's rights to the beat in the process. The label claimed it reached out to Mustard when the single was being promoted on California radio last year but that he "failed to respond to their advances."
