Iggy Azalea and Danish singer MO made their Saturday Night Live debut over the weekend (Oct. 25) and despite a glitzy stage set-up and plenty of hype for their new Reclassified single "Beg For It," the performance left a lot to be desired. Technical difficulties and an off-beat backing track led to a flubbed performance from MO, and now she's explaining the mishap on social media.

In a Twitter photo post on Sunday night (Oct. 26), MO explained that she had technical issues on her microphone, which led to a "latency" on her vocals and led to her poor performance timing.

"So...... Yesterday, as some of u might know, I performed alongside @IggyAzalea at @SaturdayNightLive," MO wrote. "I was BEYOND excited (!!!) - but unfortunately I had some technical issues which caused latency on my vocals, and as a result I got confused and my timine was off. It pains me and I'm SO sad today. But life goes on..."

The resulting performance did, in fact, feature some pitchy vocals from MO and some off words. Luckily for Azalea, she was not affected by technical issues and was on beat.

Though that track was the only one that featured MO, Azalea also blew through two of her biggest hits on SNL, performing a medley of "Fancy" and "Black Widow." Guest artist Rita Ora came out for the latter song, giving fans of Azalea and SNL quite the surprise.

"Beg For It" was officially released last week. The new song is Azalea's latest single and the lead track from the re-release of The New Classic, entitled Reclassified. Reclassified will be released on Nov. 25.
