The rumors that Kanye West and Miley Cyrus have been working together on a remix for "Black Skinhead" are true.

Mike Will, Cyrus' producer, confirmed the collaboration on RapFix Live in an interview with Sway.

He said that following her VMA performance, Cyrus headed straight to the studio to work with West.

"We went right back to work," said Will. "'Black Skinhead,' we all working on that. It's about done, man. I'm just touching up the beat a little bit. It's sounding crazy, too."

Sway asked Will about his reaction to Cyrus' VMA performance and it getting so much attention from the media.

"It's entertainment," he told him. "She does pop music, so she did exactly what she was supposed to do, man. She made the world talk about her for over a week. I mean they are still talking about her. We're talking about her right now; you know what I'm saying. She won. ...She's 20 years old; she's having a great time. Her song is double platinum. If she didn't go on stage and twerk and everything, everybody would have been like, 'Yo, I thought she was gonna twerk.' She's successful, so they are going to say anything about her, man. That's really how I look at it. "

According to Will, West had a similar reaction.

"He told her she did it right, too," he said. "Like 'Ye is somebody who understands. People who understand it aren't going to have anything to say about the performance."

In other news, Cyrus has just completed another Mike Will-produced collaboration with Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J called, "23," after Nike Jordans. She makes her rapping debut on the track.
