When Hunter Hayes was in London earlier this month on his "Tattoo (Your Name)" tour, he chatted with Yahoo about whether or not he would ever get someone's face permanently put on his body. While the young singer admits that he loves tats, he said that he would never get someone's face tattooed anywhere on his body. Instead, he might opt for "something symbolic" instead. "Tattoos are normally an expression of an extreme feeling when you are really passionate about something."

Though he apparently hasn't had anyone in his own life that he's been THAT passionate about, he does understand and appreciate those who have taken that permanent plunge. "When somebody inks somebody's name or something that represents somebody, I just love it. A tattoo is an eternal commitment of expressing your feelings for something that you are okay with representing for the rest of your life."

Of course, you can't blame Hunter for his lack of a love life. The 23-year-old spends so much time on the road, giving his all to his fans around the globe that there isn't much time for romance or relationships. He, like so many other artists, misses his time at home with loved ones. "When you realise you've not done laundry for a couple of months you know you've been on the road for a while. It's all about finding the appropriate times to recharge and reset. I miss my family a lot." He recently bought a tour bus for his family so they can at least get to his shows that are closer to home in style.

Now that's a good son for you!
