Morrissey is not too impressed with some venues overseas. After making stops on his recent tour in Rome and Milan, the artist took to his True to You fansite to talk about the venues, NME noted. "We, too, were shocked by the venues in Roma and Milan — both abysmal — Milan quite shockingly abysmal ... not a theater at all ... just a field with a roof," he wrote about the Atlantico in Rome and the Gran Teatro Linear4ciak in Milan.

That was not all, though.

"I have never looked out at such an unhappy, uncomfortable and trapped audience in my life," he added. "We all did our best. Consider the many majestic concert halls in Milan, and yet there we were on a brutal patch of waste ground on the edge of the city. It was unfathomable. I should stress that we have no idea what the venues are like until we arrive at them. Thankfully, everywhere else was a proper hall."

There was a bit of good news in his online rant. The singer said there are multiple labels interested in re-releasing his most recent studio effort World Peace Is None of Your Business. In August, Morrissey was dropped by Harvest Records and Capitol Music after he posted a lengthy note on True to You bashing the label. His album was removed from retailers shortly thereafter.

World Peace Is None of Your Business, Moz's 10th solo effort, came out in July.

"Being misunderstood is Morrissey's great joy in life, as he keeps proving in World Peace — a much stronger album than fans were expecting at this point," Rolling Stone wrote. "The fantastic title song is a doo-wop rant against cops, governments, armies, etc."
