Beyoncé has been one of the most influential pop culture figures of the past decade, and now a biography is being written about her inspiring life. Billed as the first comprehensive biography of the pop star, the book will be released fall 2015 via Grand Central Books. The author of the biography, J. Randy Taraborrelli, will "explore all facets of Knowles' life," starting with her childhood performances, detailing her time with Destiny's Child and as a solo artist and looking inside her marriage to Jay Z, Billboard reports.

Beyoncé has not authorized the book and will not be participating. Instead, Taraborrelli will rely on interviews with people "who have been pivotal to her personal and professional development."

This has been a whirlwind past 20 months. After performing at the 2013 Super Bowl Halftime Show, she embarked on her solo Mrs. Carter tour, released the HBO documentary Life Is But A Dream, dropped her surprise self-titled album, hit the road with her husband for their On The Run tour, and put out another HBO documentary chronicling that tour. Her self-titled album is currently the top-selling record of 2014 and has moved nearly 800,000 copies this year.

"Beyoncé has lived a most incredible, inspiring life. I know my readers will enjoy her journey," Taraborrelli said in a statement.

Taraborrelli has previously written biographies for Michael Jackson, Frank Sinatra, Cher, Marilyn Monroe, Diana Ross, the Kennedys, and the Hiltons.
