Phaedra Parks must be wondering what the heck she was thinking to not only involve herself with a man like Apollo Nida, but to actually marry and have kids with him. Back in September the Real Housewives of Atlanta star began serving an 8-year sentence for a slew of crimes, including identity theft, and Parks confirmed just a few short weeks later that she was definitely divorcing the con man. In the months leading up to turning himself in, Nida was working hard to find a way to strike a deal with the feds and that apparently included wearing a wire.
A report by MediaTakeOut claims that Nida wore a wire to chat with numerous people including his RHOS costar, Peter Thomas and Love & Hip Hop Atlanta's Kirk Frost. As of now, neither man has been charged with any crime in connection to Nida's activities but sources say that he truly believes that if her manages to snitch on the right person then he will be a free man much sooner than his 8-year sentence would seem to insinuate.
Nida has always come across pretty shady even when he was supposedly at his best.
