Bay Area rapper Lil B has made quite a nice — and unexpected — side career for himself on the lecture circuit, giving speeches at colleges such as New York University, the University of California Riverside and Virginia Tech. Today, the 25-year-old rapper announced his next speaking engagement via Twitter, which will take place at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology later this month on Nov. 21.

If you needed anymore proof of how crazy this is, QS World Ratings recently ranked MIT as the world's best university, so Lil B's lectures must feature some pretty profound stuff.

His first college lecture took place at NYU in April 2012, where he spouted feel-good, motivational gems such as, "Every single person you meet, look at them like a golden million dollar baby" and, "Until further notice, I'm paying taxes and I"m loving it."

Even with his college lectures, Lil B is still an insanely prolific artist, having released three mixtapes so far this year: Basedworld Paradise, Hoop Life and Ultimate B---h. His most recent studio album Tears 4 God, released under the name TheBasedGod, was released in January 2013 and was his seventh studio album overall.

If you would rather see Lil B in concert than in a lecture hall, you can check out his upcoming tour dates here:
