Where would you want to get your fitness advice? It would seem logical to go to a former athlete, a gym trainer or possible ex-military person who is still in shape.

Not anymore. Rick Ross — hood billionaire, general boss and now fitness expert — has the answers for you in a new video with Funny or Die. It is, as Ross describes, "Simple as hell."

You follow these simple instructions to take part in his #ROSSFIT workout regimen.

First work your neck muscles by wearing the thickest chains like a hood billionaire would. Thick chains are not included in the workout regimen. You must go out and purchase those separately.

Step 2 sounds like it would be the most popular with fans. Ross recommends rolling 20 blunts a day and smoking them. It might be a little difficult to continue working out after such strenuous work on your mouth, but at least there is a much-needed wing break to give you the energy to power through.

A listening session with his upcoming artist album Hood Billionaire is a must to work the neck as you bob your head to the beat. Shaking champagne and pouring it on strippers is necessary to get a full upper body workout by working your arms vigorously. You will need plenty of bottles to pop for a full workout. Some additional running may be required, but that could be a part of the #ROSSFIT premium package.

Rick Ross has lost some weight and, as Fat Joe told Fuse TV earlier in the fall, he was the one who got Ross and DJ Khaled on the path to a healthier lifestyle. It is hard to run the streets when you can barely run.

Even after sharing his tips on weight loss, #ROSSFIT may not be for everyone. As the disclaimer reads at the end of the video "#ROSSFIT not available for anyone except Rick Ross. No one is an much of a boss as Rick. Again, not even Bruce Springsteen. F--K BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN."
