Oh, Taylor Swift. It's as if 1989 ruling the U.S. album chart for three weeks and having a No. 1 single with "Shake It Off" wasn't enough, because she's done it again. On the back of her bona fide first pop album, Swift's second single "Blank Space" has now topped the Billboard Hot 100.

Yesterday (Nov. 19), Billboard announced that Swift became the first woman in history to succeed herself on the charts. Last week, "Shake It Off" returned to the chart summit thanks to 1989's high profile release. And now, with the semi-leak/semi-official release of her "Blank Space" music video, that single leads the charts.

Despite not appearing on Spotify, "Blank Space" led the Streaming Songs chart this week, with the second-best music video debut of the year and 19.2 million American streams on YouTube and VEVO. The hype from the music video, which features Swift poking fun at her "crazy ex-girlfriend" reputation, also helped to launch the song to No. 1 on the Digital Downloads chart, as the song moved 328,000 downloads.

Swift beats herself on the charts this week, as her former No. 1 "Shake It Off" falls to No. 3. Between Swiftie songs, Meghan Trainor holds on for dear life near the top of the charts at No. 2 with "All About That Bass." After leading the Hot 100 for eight weeks, Trainor finally seems on the descent with "All About That Bass" losing 34 percent of its sales, 20 percent of its radio play and 3 percent of its streaming numbers.

As Trainor loses chart power, Maroon 5's "Animals" gains momentum while still descending from No. 3 to No. 4 this week. The latest single from the band's V topped the Radio Songs chart with 138 million audience impression and gained momentum with downloads and streaming.

More familiar fare take the Nos. 5-7 spots, with Tove Lo's "Habits (Stay High)," Hozier's "Take Me To Church" and Bobby Shmurda's "Hot Boy" falling at No. 5, 6 and 7, respectively. Meanwhile, Jessie J's "Bang Bang" stumbles down the chart, landing at No. 8 this week.

The bottom of the top 10 has the two new surprising debuts of the week on the chart. After finding massive success with "Stay With Me," Sam Smith returns to the top 10 with his latest In the Lonely Hour single "I'm Not The Only One," which rose from No. 11 to No. 9 this week.

Nick Jonas has his first solo top 10 hit this week with "Jealous," which rounds things out at No. 10. Thanks to a 38 percent increase in downloads to 83,000 copies and a 12 percent raise in radio play (50 million audience impressions), he's making others jealous with his success.
