It's finally here! Earlier this week, Omarion released his highly-anticipated MMG debut album, Sex Playlist, following his Rick Ross-assisted single, "Bo$$."

Fans have been patiently waiting for Omarion to drop another album after the release of singles including: "You Like It," "Work," and "Show Me" with Jeremih. His fourth solo album, which also features Chris Brown and Jhené Aiko, hit iTunes and Spotify on Tuesday (Dec.2), as promised.

Complex gave the album 3 and a half stars out of 5, calling it the "crop's cream."

"Despite its hedonist billing, Sex Playlist is one of the most mature, refined, restrained male R&B projects from a major artist this year. Omarion opens with an expanse of cinematic synth, tapered by finger snaps to mellow the mood, only to reprise excitement with an extended tenor sax flourish at the three-minute mark. "Show Me," with its tender assistance from Jeremih, is the album's first obvious standout, with chemistry and charisma that dwarfs the threesome with Breezy and Aiko."

Maybach O spoke highly of Sex Playlist during an interview with The Fader.

"When you hear my s--t you gonna feel some s--t, you gonna think about some s--t, because that's what the core and the true R&B is. Rhythm and blues baby," he said.

Omarion starred on the recently wrapped VH1 reality series, Love & Hip-Hop Hollywood, which he says served as a promotional tool for his music.

"A lot of people from the label was not feeling me being a part of Love & Hip-Hop," he revealed during an interview with The Breakfast Club. Charlamagne noted that if it weren't for the show, Atlantic Records may not have put Omarion's album out.

"I wouldn't have had a real vehicle to promote my album," he said in response. "People wouldn't have been invested in nothing. It would have just been like one of my mixtapes. So I'm happy me and my team decided to do what we wanted to do."
