Justin Bieber's dominance in the tween music industry may be waning, but his power social media cannot be stopped. Today (Dec. 10), Twitter announced its most-discussed artists of the year, and surprisingly, Bieber took the cake, clocking ahead of One Direction, Ariana Grande and Beyoncé.
Bieber led the musician-related discussion on Twitter, Variety reports. Despite not releasing a single solo song in 2014, Bieber pulled ahead of Beyoncé, Demi Lovato and Lady Gaga.
Bieber's dominance also came ahead of four 1D members, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson, who were No. 2, 3, 4 and 9, respectively. (Zayn Malik did not crack the top 10.)
