Teresa Giudice has only two short weeks of freedom left before she has to report to a prison camp in Connecticut and as the days wind down the fallen reality star is certainly struggling. We already told you that earlier this week the Feds actually raided the Giudice's mansion in New Jersey because they seem to be completely incapable of following the rules that the court has laid out for them. Teresa and her husband, Joe Giudice still owe over $214K in restitution and they were required to submit a payment plan. When they neglected to do so federal agents moved in and took cash, valuables and even the kids' Christmas presents to auction off in an attempt to settle the debt. Now we're hearing that Teresa believes the government is watching and listening in on everything that she says and does.

According to a report by Radar Online sources close to The Real Housewives of New Jersey star say that she is now afraid to talk on the phone because she believes that the feds have tapped everything and are listening in on all of her conversations. While some have been quick to call Teresa "paranoid", who can really blame her for thinking these things? After watching agents ransack her home she's probably right to at least consider the possibility that her phones have been tapped! Who wouldn't question something like that?

Those close to Teresa say that she is becoming more unstable as Jan. 5 approaches and she's simply not dealing with the fact that she really is going to prison at all. It's ironic that this woman was stunned by the fact that her home was raided and she likely doesn't understand that her own actions, even after pleading guilty to a few counts of fraud, are what keep causing her to get into even more trouble. If the judge had felt like Teresa and Joe were being honest while standing before her then their sentencing would likely have been different.

What are your thoughts on Teresa's mental status? Is she totally losing it or is it logical for her to feel like the government has her under their thumb right now? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
