It remains UNCONFIRMED if this is truly the REAL North West - but a "reliable" inside source confirms that it definitely is. Check it out!

Kim Kardashian gave birth to Kanye West's baby girl (North West) on Saturday, June 15. The Hollywood couple has yet to release any photos of baby KimYe to the public... but someone's been trying to sell pics of an "impostor baby North West" for a load of cash! And apparently the "KUWTK" starlet's all to blame... at least according to TMZ. In fact, Yeezy is totally against selling any snapshots of his daughter to the media... KimYe will probably follow Beyonce and Jay-Z's lead by posting baby photos on Twitter, Instagram, etc. Confused yet? Read on for more details!
Here's the scoop from the gossip gurus over at TMZ:
Kim felt people in her world were going to hawk baby photos, so she wanted to catch the culprits quickly. We're told Kim hatched a plan and sent a half-dozen of her "friends" pictures of a baby she claimed was North West - but we're told it was an impostor infant.
Sure enough, one of Kim K's "friends" immediately tried selling the bogus baby pic to TMZ. The kid sort of looks like a little KimYe... check out two of the "impostor" snapshots here.
Sources close to Kim K took a look at the photos and confirm that it's NOT baby West.
Who knows when fans might be able to see the real North West... apparently Yeezy doesn't want images of his baby girl being sold to the media:
"He furiously does not want these pictures sold to the world... He doesn't like the idea of pimping his child, even though he is quite good at pimping out himself." Jo Piazza, author of Celebrity Inc: How Famous People Make Money and the executive news director for In Touch and Life & Style, explains.
"Kim knows she needs to garner a lot of good will... Fans are really against it. They think there's something tacky about it," Piazza continues. "They risk harming their relationships if they go with one and not another."
But Piazza admits KimYe can't hide their baby for long... at this point, posting personal photos on Twitter and Instagram is the way to go (just like Jay-Z and Beyonce did with baby Blue Ivy).
But according to MTO, one of the "impostor" photos was actually real!
...We just heard from a FAIRLY RELIABLE SOURCE (so this is GOSSIP) that one of those "fake" pics . . . was actually REALLY NORTH. According to our tipster Kim and Kanye KNEW the pic would be released . . . so they concocted the RIDICULOUS "testing their friends" report and fed it to TMZ.
"Bogus baby picture 2" is the real deal... allegedly.
Meanwhile, rumors suggest that Kris Jenner is "forcing" KimYe to keep baby North hidden until she can debut the tiny tot on her own new talk show (which premieres July 15 on FOX). All the drama's apparently driving Kim K crazy.
