Nicki Minaj stopped by BET talk show The Real earlier this week for a game of Rapid-Fire, in which each of the five hostesses asks her a question. The episode will air today (Dec. 19). The first question The Pinkprint femcee was asked was about her many musical alter-egos. Minaj said Roman, whom she killed off in February, remains her favorite. Fans of her crazy male alter-ego will be happy to hear that she might leak a track called "Dem Boys," which contains an entire rap verse from Mr. Zolanski. The song was a cut that didn't make her latest album.
Other things Minaj revealed during her Q&A were that she doesn't like "artsy" presents, that her favorite word for "butt" is "ass," that she currently listening to a lot of Boyz II Men and plans to buy their Christmas album, and that she prefers to be on Santa's naughty list because "who has fun being nice?" (Roman would certainly agree.)
Minaj released her third studio album, The Pinkprint, this week. It is set to debut in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 but is projected to be her second album to debut at No. 1. You can read our Junk Mail review of the effort here.
Earlier this week, Minaj stopped by Ellen to perform "Bed of Lies;" chatted with DJ Whoo Kid about YMCMB rumors, Jay Z's influence on the album, and her relationship with Beyoncé; made an appearance on Late Night and revealed to Jimmy Fallon that she used to work at Red Lobster; sat down for a CRWN interview in which she said Kendrick Lamar's animated voices remind her of her own; twerked during her Ebro in the Morning interview; and got emotional about her ex-boyfriend. She's had quite a busy week on the press circuit.
