Jon Gooch, better known as Feed Me, or to some fans, Spor, has some really, really good news. A new Spor album is finally ready to be released. In a tweet sent out on Dec. 23, Gooch finally put a stop to the endless waiting for Spor fans and announced a release date for his highly anticipated album via YourEDM.

The drum 'n' bass moniker of the Sotto Voice Records boss has been dormant for close to three years ever since the release of his Ziggurat / Push Me, Pull You EP was released in 2012. Gooch was actively producing drum 'n' bass as Spor in the 7 years before that time, but as Feed Me became more and more popular, he shifted his focus over to his more aggressive, electro, dubstep hybrid moniker.

In addition to the Spor material, Gooch also announced that a brand new Feed Me EP would be released on Feb. 1. He is also getting set to release a new Prodigy remix, which could be an old song, or something new. Considering that The Prodigy are looking to release an album in 2015, it would make sense that they would have Spor be one of the first remixers on their still untitled album.

The Spor album is something that fans have been eagerly anticipating for years ever since Gooch switched his focus over the Feed Me. He announced around the time that Calamari Tuesday was released that another Feed Me album was in the works and a Spor album was almost finished. He stays true to his word with this announcement and fans can mark March 1st as a day to expect some music they have waited a long time for.
