This NFL season has been a huge struggle for Cleveland Browns rookie Johnny "Football" Manziel. The Heisman Trophy winning quarterback couldn't play his way onto the field for the majority of the season, and then completely flopped when he got a chance to prove himself. Former World Series champion Curt Schilling recently tweeted some advice that the young QB should take to heart.

This week, following a hamstring injury and placement on Injured Reserve, Manziel was candid about this approach to the game.

"This is a job for me now and I have to take it a lot more seriously than maybe I did at first," said the 22-year-old, whose antics off the field at Texas A&M made him one of the most controversial figures in sports.

Following Manziel's latest comments, Schilling chimed in on Twitter with:

No one can accuse Schilling of not going all in. After his Hall of Fame-worthy playing career, he poured all of his money into a video game company that went bankrupt. He's also recently been in the news for his anti-evolution views, which led to this gem of a social media dialogue.

Then...

Too good. We'll see if Manziel takes Schilling's advice (or even acknowledges it), but Browns fans would surely be delighted a more focused, serious Johnny Football in 2015.
