Los Angeles R&B singer Jhene Aiko has premiered the track "Stay Ready (What A Life)" featuring Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar, the first track off her debut EP Sail Out via Def Jam.

Aiko describes the six-minute piece as "Janet Jackson real sexy type song," which is pretty accurate. It is slow and sensual with Aiko crooning softly and Lamer waxing romantic and sexually charged with lines like, "But if I stay monogamous promise this kiss will always taste like candy."

The 25-year-old Aiko has worked with some big names in hip-hop recently including Drake, Big Sean, Childish Gambino and J. Cole. This year marks a comeback for the singer who was on hiatus for school. This is her second time working with Lamar, who she teamed up with a few years ago on "Growing Apart."

Sail Out drops tomorrow and features collaborations with Childish Gambino, Ab-Soul and Vince Staples as well as Lamar. Check out the track here, and let us know what you think in the comments section below!
