December is a huge month for Britney Spears. E! will air a 90-minute TV special on Britney Spears called I Am Britney Jean on Sunday December 22 and 8 p.m with an encore following at 9:30 p.m.
The documentary chronicles the upcoming chapter in the pop stars career as she releases her album and heads to Las Vegas for her residency there. E! wrote in a statement that I Am Britney Jean will present "an intimate look at one of the most overexposed yet under-revealed stars of today as she faces one of her biggest challenges ever while finishing her album, shooting videos, doing press - and being a mom."
Spears will release her eighth studio album Britney Jean on December 3 and begin her Las Vegas Planet Hollywood residency, which includes 50 shows over two years, on December 27.
Last night, Spears tweeted the 14-song tracklist for the album, which features singles "Work B**ch" and "Perfume" as well as collaborations with producer will.i.am., T.I., and Spears' younger sister, Jamie Lynn.
