Cabaret has become a revolving door for the stars on Broadway as the last year has seen a decent number of actresses and vocalists handle the role of Sally Bowles, made popular by Liza Minnelli in the 1972 film of the same name. Emma Stone recently announced that she'd be holding onto the role for two weeks past her original contract and former Destiny's Child vocalist Michelle Williams was in the role before that, but reports from Billboard indicate that the next woman to take the role will be Sienna Miller

The actress is certainly a hot item in Hollywood at the moment as she's starring in two highly-acclaimed films, American Sniper and Foxcatcher, both of which promise to register during awards season. Although this won't be Miller's first time on Broadway-she starred in After Miss Julie (as well as Flare Path in London)-it will be her first time in a Broadway musical. We've got no proof that she can carry a tune but we'll trust that the producers behind Cabaret know what they're doing.

They certainly have so far. Cabaret was already a moneymaker at Studio 54 while Williams was working as Bowles but Stone's performance really filled the seats: The performance broke $1 million for both the week of Christmas and New Year's Day, adding to the nearly $31 million the play brought in during its nine-month run during 2014.

Of course, some credit is also due to Broadway favorite Alan Cumming, who has played the role of the Emcee throughout the current run, as well as winning a Tony for Lead Actor when the play last aired on Broadway during 1998.

Miller will start in the role on February 17 and will continue for the final six weeks of production.
