Lana Del Rey has announced that her short film, Tropico, will be released December 5 on Vevo. The 30-minute film, with Born to Die and Born to Die: The Paradise Edition serving as the soundtrack, stars model Shaun Ross and is co-produced by Rick Rubin and longtime Del Rey collaborator Anthony Mandler. According Billboard, it is being called, "Elvis and Jesus and Marilyn and extraterrestrials all in one." It is a Bible-themed story in which Del Rey plays Eve.

Earlier this month, she dropped a 13-second teaser in which she was dressed as the Virgin Mary and repeatedly says Dear John, forgive us our sins." Then she dropped a 24-second teaser that features Del Rey and Ross in what appears to be the Garden of Eden watching Jesus preaching the "Our Father," Marilyn Monroe singing and Elvis dancing.

Now she has shared a full minute-long trailer, which unlike the two teasers takes place in modern-day Los Angeles. Complete with guns, strippers, serpents, skeletons and the infamous apple of temptation, the clip appears to be portraying different images of sin.
